With over 40 years in the design, administration and placement of employee benefit and insurance plans for small, multi-location and specialty employer groups, Fran has built Pullano & Company into a full service benefits outsourcing organization.
In 2014, she expanded the operation to include individual insurance services, most notably Medicare coverage placement and retirement planning. In 2016, she negotiated several NYS subcontracts to handle outsourcing of benefits administration contracts.
She remains committed to serving employers and individuals who face increased insurance benefit challenges while working within limited budget restrictions.
At the forefront of small business concerns in navigation of health care reform and consumer based health care, she has built a firm which excels in medical insurance plan placement, HRAs and FSAs, long term care, disability income, life insurance and COBRA programs.
She has spoken at national conferences and has been published in Employee Benefit News and the Rochester D&C. She received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from RIT and her undergraduate degree from UR. She was also a former Manager of Medicare Part A for Rochester Hospital Services Corporation.
Her accomplishments include Advisory Board Member of the Diocese of Rochester, Advisor to the 10 Program of High Tech Rochester, chair of the Nazareth Schools and The Small Business Council as well as Commissioner of the Monroe County Entrepreneurial Task Force.

Tricia began her career with Pullano & Company in 2010 with a committed desire to learn and excel in the insurance and benefits arena. She has an active, NYS Life, Accident and Health Insurance License along with AHIP certification. She is appointed with a variety of different Medicare carriers as well as individual health insurance carriers on and off the NYS of Health Marketplace.
Tricia received her BA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Business Management. She is a highly regarded insurance broker with a passion for helping individuals and families find the perfect coverage to meet their healthcare needs.
With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Tricia possesses comprehensive knowledge of both Medicare and individual health insurance plans. She understands the intricacies of these insurance options and stays up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and plan offerings.

Tracy came to Pullano & Company after 30 years in employee and operations management. Over the last 5 years, she has become the Agency manager, handling scheduling, events and overview of customer excellence throughout the Pullano & Company organization. She also is the first contact with new clients of the Pullano team.
In addition to licensing with various carrier products, Tracy holds her NYS Life, Accident and Health license and AHIP for Medicare.

Natalie is a licensed agent with over 10 years in Human Resources management and design. She holds her New York State Life, Accident and Health (LAH) insurance license as well as AHIP for Medicare. Understanding that Medicare can be complex, she is committed to providing ongoing support to help clients. She directly works with clients brought to the company by Fran Pullano. She is creative and thoughtful in discussing client needs and issues.
She also supports SUNY campuses providing guidance and support on Paid Family Leave (PFL) matters that affect the organization.
