Who We Are
Fran Pullano, MBA, CFCI, Principal
With over 35 years in the design, administration and placement of employee benefit and insurance plans for small, multi-location and specialty employer groups, Fran has built Pullano & Company into a full service benefits outsourcing organization.
In 2014, she expanded the operation to include individual insurance services, most notably Medicare coverage placement and retirement planning. In 2016, she negotiated several NYS subcontracts to handle outsourcing of benefits administration contracts.
She remains committed to serving employers and individuals who face increased insurance benefits challenges while working within limited budget restrictions.
At the forefront of small business concerns in navigation of health care reform and consumer based health care, she has built a firm which excels in medical insurance plan placement, HRAs and FSAs, long term care, disability income, life insurance and COBRA programs.
She has spoken at national conferences and has been published in Employee Benefit News and the Rochester D&C. She received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from RIT and her undergraduate degree from UR. She was also a former Manager of Medicare Part A for Rochester Hospital Services Corporation.
Her accomplishments include Advisory Board Member of the Diocese of Rochester, Advisor to the 10 Program of High Tech Rochester, chair of the Nazareth Schools and The Small Business Council as well as Commissioner of the Monroe County Entrepreneurial Task Force.
Tricia Solt, BA, Director of Client Services & Licensed Insurance Agent
Tricia began her career with Pullano & Company in 2010 with a committed desire to learn and excel in the insurance and benefits arena. She is an active, NYS Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent with AHIP certification. She is appointed with all Upstate NY Medicare carriers as well as individual health insurance carriers on and off the NYS Marketplace.
Tricia received her BA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Business Management. She oversees the general operations of the organization and is responsible for overall client retention and marketing.
Tricia is skilled at Flexible Benefits administration and placement as well as the changing health insurance market and regulatory environment. Her attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of products add value and efficiency to complex clients needs.
Tricia enjoys boating in the summertime with her husband. They are also excited to welcome a new addition to their family this winter!
Bria Mastrogiovanni, BS, Account Manager
Bria joined the Pullano & Company team in 2015 with considerable customer service experience. She handles Account Coordination and PFL Support, throughout the state of NY. Bria maintains a current NYS Life, Accident and Health insurance license and is AHIP certified.
Bria graduated from SUNY College at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science. She oversees client management for our Flexible Spending Accounts division. As well she is responsible for client problem solving/resolution.
Advancing through a series of continuing education classes and review of legislative changes and regulations, in and out of the office, Bria has expanded her knowledge and confidence in developing and communicating with clients. She is passionate about the responsibilities she has been given within the company and is committed to professionalism and personal development on behalf of our client base.
Bria enjoys training with her Australian Shepherd in herding and agility sports.
